Growing up on the coast, I was definitely in my element painting this particular driveway mural. I’m especially fond of the colors and imagery. The composition is a merger of several of my previously commissioned paintings, and a treasured wedding photo of my clients’. Together we came up with a composition, that would serve as a (permanent) daily reminder, of their honeymoon in St. Thomas.

Painting their mural was a lot of fun; thankfully, my clients are very pleased with the final result. Feedback from their neighbors, during the painting process, was also very positive - often an important factor.

I always enjoy “sinking my teeth” into a composition such as this. Not to say that painting this relatively large driveway mural wasn’t a lot of work. Lol, I logged nearly 7 miles on my fitness tracker, and never left the driveway!
